Buyer
The natural or legal person who purchases Entrida's digital analysis services through the website, providing their name, address and contact details during checkout.
Subject of the agreement
This agreement covers the sale of Entrida's digital market entry analysis services, delivered electronically as machine-generated reports, on the terms set out below.
Product and price
The product, its features and the total price (including all applicable taxes) are displayed on the relevant product page at the time of order. Prices in GBP are processed through the Revolut payment infrastructure.
Payment
Payment is taken at the time of order via the chosen payment provider. Card data is processed directly by the provider; Entrida does not store full card numbers.
Delivery
Entrida's analysis is a digital service. Quick analyses are delivered immediately after submission; assessments are delivered within approximately five minutes via the user's account and email.
Right of withdrawal
For consumers governed by Turkish Law no. 6502, the right of withdrawal applies in principle for fourteen days from the order, subject to the exception below.
Pursuant to Article 15/ğ of the Distance Contracts Regulation, services performed instantly in electronic form do not carry a right of withdrawal once performance has begun with the consumer's express consent. By approving this agreement at checkout, the buyer accepts that performance may begin immediately and that the right of withdrawal will no longer be available once the report has been generated.
Dispute resolution
Disputes within the monetary thresholds set annually by the Ministry of Trade are heard by the Consumer Arbitration Committees of the buyer's or seller's place of residence; disputes above these thresholds are heard by the Consumer Courts.
Force majeure
Neither party is responsible for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, infrastructure outages or government measures.
