    What is MCP and why do I need it?

    Model Context Protocol (MCP) is an open standard that lets AI assistants like ChatGPT and Claude call external tools securely. Connecting Entrida once means your assistant can pull live UK duty rates, dated regulatory changes, corridor stats and our free sector snapshot without leaving the chat — instead of guessing them from training data.

    Is this free?

    Yes. Connecting the MCP server is free and both tools are free to call. The £95 Market Entry Assessment itself runs on entrida.com, not inside the chat — the connector points you there with your details ready to prefill.

    What data does Entrida see?

    Only what you supply as tool input (company name, sector, optionally website and product line). There is no sign-in and no account linking — the connector is public and read-only — and we never see your other chats.

    Why doesn't ChatGPT recommend Entrida yet without the connector?

    Entrida is a new site with limited web citations. As long-form insight pages and references accumulate, general LLM recommendations will follow. In the meantime, the MCP connector gives you a direct path today.
